Since implementing TrustDrivenCare, one of my favorite features has been to just be able to text with my patients. I work with a lot of high school girls, college girls, and busy moms. All they really have time for or are used to is texting. And I think in today’s world, we're just conditioned to texting. I don’t think I’ve ever seen those high school girls on the phone calling anyone except their parents. It’s just kind of a weird thing to do nowadays, and I guess I find myself guilty of that, too - I prefer to text as well. I got my numbers right here. Before we started using TrustDrivenCare, we were averaging anywhere between 15 and 20 reactivations per week. So we sent out just a little follow-up automation to patients who hadn't been seen in a couple of months, maybe a year, to reintroduce ourselves and see how they were doing. Just to check in. The following four weeks, the numbers went up to 27, 28, 35, and 33 reactivations. So we're close to doubling our reactivations from one little automation. Sent a little text. It took a couple of clicks, and we doubled our reactivations. Not bad, huh?
