Founder

Hi! I’m Dr. Josh, the Founder of TrustDrivenCare. I’m lucky enough to work with our team and offices like yours on this amazing project to improve communication within healthcare.

I’ve been a chiropractor for 17 years and I love the profession. I’ve done everything from treating patients, teaching nationally, to owning a clinic/gym, and I even testify in court to educate juries.

A few years ago I lost a dear friend to a failure in communication within healthcare. After that, I dove head first into the research around healthcare communication. From that, our team built the PATCH framework. We realized we needed a tool to make it all easier, and that’s what became TrustDrivenCare.

Hi! I’m Dr. Amanda, the co-founder and COO of Trust Driven Care.

I’ve been a chiropractor for 17 years. Dr. Josh and I actually met in chiropractic school.

For most of my career, I have worked in medical utilization review, a process that evaluates patient care. Over the years, I have seen firsthand how easily a breakdown in communication can occur between patient and provider. Our systems in Trust-Driven Care will allow you to communicate with your patients/clients with ease, build and maintain trust, and grow your healthcare community!

A little more about me: We adopted the sweetest pittie mix, Chutey (short for Parachute), about 4 years ago. I LOVE a good rom-com Christmas movie. I hike tall mountains as often as I can, and listen to audiobooks while I cook dinner or work out.

Dr. Josh and I have 2 boys and are navigating all the busyness that comes with active kids!

Professional Achievements: With a decade of experience in technology leadership, Thales has spearheaded numerous successful software launches, driving innovation and efficiency across various industries.

He has a proven track record in developing cutting-edge solutions and fostering collaborative team environments.

Personal Interests: Outside of work, Thales is an avid DIY enthusiast. He enjoys creating unique designs with his 3D printer, making beef jerky, and experimenting with home automation using his Raspberry Pi. He also has a passion for molding and crafting objects, and is currently working on a wifi/bluetooth 3D printed alien lamp.

I've edited and published both of Josh's latest books (and a dozen others for different clients), and I've made the company many figures in sales through my copy.

A bit more about me: I'm from Brazil, I've been studying English since I was 12, I've got a white cat named Jesse, and my favorite hobby is playing cozy video games.

Hello there, I'm Pedro Unello (if it sounds strange, it could be pronounced as "PAY-droo oo-NEH-loo"), a 23-year-old programmer working for TDC, hopefully contributing to at least a small percentage of the impact the company makes.

I graduated in Computer Science and have been involved in a fair share of projects over my few years in the area, though none have matched the team spirit of this one.

In a more personal sense, I categorize myself as a tenacious problem-solver who often takes the hard way to leverage my inner laziness and find easy solutions for complex systems and convoluted routines.

Besides that, I'm a sponge for fantasy stories & details and an aspiring game and art developer, self-taught out of passion.

Hello, I'm Ella Mae Millan, and I am Dr. Josh Satterlee's Executive Assistant.

I have been working with Trust Driven Care for over a year now. In my role, I am responsible for setting up automation processes, managing social media, and assisting our clients. This involves a wide range of tasks, from streamlining workflows to crafting engaging social media content and providing personalized support, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and attention.

I live in the beautiful Philippines and I find joy in watching Korean dramas. It's a great way for me to relax and enjoy captivating stories from different cultures.
