What's the deal with your "JaneSync" tool? Is that owned by Jane?

We love Jane.... and we were frustrated by the fact that it didn't integrate with Trust Driven Care. So we built the integration and then showed it to the Jane team. So its fully owned by Trust Driven Care. And we try to work closely with the Jane team to constantly improve the service and the support so that its a seamless experience for you!

Are there additional fees?

The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & Email. However, these charges are minimal around $10 dollars will give you about 10,000 emails or 700 text messages. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns that much is sufficient for most small businesses. Plus we also provide you with complimentary credits to get your started.

Do you offer support?

YES! We provide you with help docs, video how to tutorials, step-by-step guides, interactive user guides, and even Live Chat tech support 24/7. As a provider/clinic owner, I too have been stuck at the office trying to handle something before I head home... so we want you to have full support to solve issues! If that's not enough, we also offer on-demand Zoom support. You will have all the help you need to be fully successful!

Do I get training?

Yes! Every account includes 2 individual Onboarding calls to ensure a smooth, fast set up. And we offer a personal walkthrough of your account so you are familiar with everything. We want to make sure you are set up for success, so help you get set up and train you on how to use TrustDrivenCare on a day to day basis. You'll be greeted with a hour long training session and technical set up call. You'll experience a white-glove onboarding experience to get you ready to grow your business. And there are also video lessons available on your account dashboard for a quick walkthrough of the most common features.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes! We have an iPhone and an Android app available in the App Store. This allows you to do many of the critical patient communication tasks easily on your phone. It will also allow you to answer calls and text patients from the Office Number, rather than your own personal number. Providers can also perform critical tasks in between rooms on a busy day, or you can run your business, perform marketing, and even check reporting while away from the office. Plus you can set times you are UNavailable for messages so you can get a break.

As a clinician, I know clinic life can be tough. Its even tougher if you're tied to your office computer.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes! You can keep and use your office's phone number. We want to make it as easy as possible for your patients and future patients to get ahold of you....And we can even become your phone provider- for text messaging AND phone calls! (PS- Legally, its clear that YOU own that number. You get to choose who provides service to you. So don't ever let any company tell you that you'll lose the number if you leave- us included!)

How many Users are included in my monthly membership?

Its unlimited! You can have providers and assistants and administrative users as your office needs. Just 2 details: Make sure each user has their own login credentials and set up their specific permissions. Remember: proper HIPPA/PIPEDA compliance requires that every user has and logs in using their own credentials.

Are you HIPPA/PIPEDA Compliant?

Yes! Our technology includes 256 bit encryption, individualized user credentials, a privacy mode, auto-logout for users, 2FA, and all of our data is housed on Amazon and Google servers across North America that are stored, treated, and maintained to be HIPPA/PIPEDA compliance. And its important to remember that HIPPA compliance has 2 parts- technology and behavior.

As a user, you must have a signed BAA with Trust Driven Care acknowledging our agreement.It is recommended that you and your office take the proper precautions in your behavior as well. Do not leave patient data open on a computer when leaving a room, do not share information, and ensure that every user logs in with their own credentials.
